Overview

Supply and delivery of bulk plumbing material to the University of Fort Hare. The RFQ seeks a service provider for bulk plumbing supplies; suitable bidders have plumbing materials distribution experience and must meet SCM pre‑qualifications (CSD registration, Tax Clearance) and BBBEE requirements for points.

Requirements

• CSD registration compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE status (51%+ Women ownership to claim 20 points; sworn affidavit required)
• Complete and submit pricing schedules and SCM forms: SBD 4, SBD 7.2, SBD 8, SBD 9, plus a Price Declaration
• 80:20 evaluation: 80 price points, 20 for BBBEE/target goals
• University may accept or reject the cheapest quote; no late submissions
• Offer validity: 90 days
