Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of bullet proof vests for eThekwini Metro Police Services for 36 months. Eligible bidders are suppliers of protective gear with relevant compliance capabilities.

Requirements

• Tax compliance status: provide SARS Tax Clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN; VAT status must be indicated.
• Declaration of Municipal Fees; sign required forms including MBD 4, 5 (if applicable), 6.1, 8, 9; Official Tender Form and Authority of Signatory (Section 4).
