Overview

Procurement of ongoing functional and business support for the SAP HR/PY payroll system for four months. This is targeted at SAP/HCM service providers with valid SAP partner accreditation, 3+ years’ experience in SAP HR/PY maintenance and reporting tools (Org Publisher and Spinifex), and BBBEE/compliance credentials. Scope covers maintenance, licensing for structure and reporting tools, ESS/MSS access support, and ad-hoc SAP HR/PY configuration. Requirements

• Valid SAP Partner Accreditation (certificate valid within 3 months)
• 3+ years’ experience in Business Support for Maintenance of the SAP HR Payroll system, including specific SAP HR modules and year-end tax processes
• 3+ years’ experience in Management support of Org Publisher Organizational Reporting and Spinifex Management Reporting Tools with SAP HR/PY
• 3+ years’ experience supported by contactable reference letters (dated, signed) within South Africa
• Reference letters for Org Publisher Org Reporting and Spinifex tools, contactable via email/phone
• Administrative/compliance: Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, municipal rates, CSD supplier number, company registration documents, MBD forms (Declaration of Interest, past SCM practices, Independent Proposal Determination), and adherence to JV rules where applicable
