Overview

Supply and delivery of cabbages to Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO5/2026/2027), open tender with a women-owned business reservation. The contract may be tendered for one or more lots; submission is in person at Tambach College Boardroom; no electronic submissions. Closing date per the invitation: 21/07/2026 at 11:00. Requirements

• Tender reserved for women; open to eligible female bidders only.
• Eligibility and qualifications: no public officers or close relatives, no debarment from PPRA; tax clearance certificate required; JV members jointly liable; Manufacturer’s Authorization if applicable; representation in Kenya for non-Kenya bidders if required.
• Compliance: adherence to Public Procurement laws, anti-corruption declarations, and no conflicts of interest.
• Documentation: submit Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or securing declaration, JV agreement (or letter of intent), and evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods.
• Additional: English language tender; prices in Kenyan Shillings; adherence to tendering forms and signatures as prescribed.
