Supply and delivery of cages and clips on as and when required basis for a period of 3years at Arnot Power station

Overview

Supply and delivery of Fabric Filter Plant cages and clips for Arnot Power Station on an as-and-when-required basis for three years. Bidders should be manufacturers/suppliers with metal fabrication capability to produce FFP cages and clips and deliver to Arnot Power Station under an NEC3 SC3-based contract, with a focus on safety, quality and local-content compliance.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manufacture, supply and deliver FFP cages and clips for a 3-year period (as-needed).
• Compliance with Eskom’s safety and health framework: Contractor Health and Safety Requirements (32-136), Life Saving Rules, risk assessments, inductions, training, PPE, incident/records management.
• Quality management: ISO 9001 or equivalent (Tender/Certificate requirements in Form A).
• Tender documents: complete and submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 and associated annexures; local content declarations (Annex C–E) where applicable; tax compliance questionnaire if foreign.
• Local content and CPA requirements as applicable; integrity and disclosure forms as part of the bid package.
• If applicable, comply with NDA and other confidentiality templates as provided.
