SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CARPENTRY MATERIAL FOR DINING FACILITY & ABLUTION (ZWELITSHA DEPOT)- AS PER SPECIFICATION FROM THE EASTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Overview

Supply and delivery of carpentry materials for a dining facility and ablution at Zwelitsha Depot, per Eastern Cape DPW&I specifications. Bidders should be building-material suppliers or hardware wholesalers with CSD registration and tax/compliance status (SARS TCS PIN where applicable); experience supplying government facilities is advantageous.

Requirements

• Tax compliance and SARS TCS PIN where applicable; VAT considerations as required.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete and submit SBD forms and annexures: SBD1 (Parts A&B), SBD4, SBD3.1 pricing, SBD6.1 (specific goals).
• Annexures A–C completed (Company Details, Company Composition, Resolution to Sign).
• Bid on official forms; two-stage evaluation (Administrative Compliance, then PPPFA scoring).
• Samples may be requested; delivery within 30 days of order; price validity 60 days.
• Locality preference: Buffalo City Metro; PPPFA points (80/20) with 20 points for specific goals.

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CSD registration; SARS TCS PIN; VAT status if applicable.
