Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of catering services for the Department of Water and Sanitation, including event catering for the IPAP & Tariff Workshop. The scope is defined in Annexure A of the Detailed Specification (Detailed Specification- Catering WQ-1906GP), covering meals and service for a workshop at a government venue, with specified menus and delivery times.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or tax clearance.
• CSD registration: provide Central Supplier Database number; if no TCS, provide CSD.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE) and, if applicable, consolidated BBBEE evidence.
• Company registrations: provide CIPC registration documents.
• Official bid documents: complete and submit required SBD forms (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2) as per RFQ Directive; include pricing schedule.
• Local content: complete Annexure C (SBD 6.2) if applicable.
• Contract compliance: adhere to PFMA GCC 2010 General Conditions of Contract and related terms (delivery, warranties, payment, penalties).

• Submission method: upload via the online tender portal; attach required documents per RFQ Directive (SBDs, CSD, BBBEE, CIPC, SARS TCS or PIN).
• Documents to submit: completed SBD forms; CIPC certificate; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Tax Compliance PIN or SARS TCS; CSD number; pricing schedule; Detailed Specification (menus) as needed.
• Registrations: ensure Tax compliance, CSD, and BBBEE status; for consortia, provide separate TCS/PIN per party.
