Supply and Delivery of CCTV Equipment to the State Security Agency (SSA), including Axis components and an HP P22v G5 monitor. Suitable for suppliers with CCTV/integrated surveillance capability, Axis partner status (Gold Partner), and ability to provide Axis data sheets and the HP monitor specification (RFQ10023798.doc).

Requirements

• Mandatory Axis documentation: Letter of Recognition as Axis Gold Partner and data sheets for all Axis items (RFQ10023798.doc).
• Full technical specification for HP P22v G5 21.4" monitor (RFQ10023798.doc).
• Tax and registration: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) via SARS e-filing or printed TCS certificate; CSD number if no TCS; VAT registration if VAT is claimed.
• BBBEE: Submit BBBEE status level (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim points; complete relevant SBD forms.
• Compliance documents: SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), SBD7 contract form; Health and Safety file (where applicable); Certificate of Good Standing with Workers’ Compensation Fund (where applicable).
• Evaluation: 80/20 (price vs. BBBEE); bid validity 30 days; delivery period to be stated by bidder.
• Mandatory: Failure to meet the Axis special conditions will invalidate the bid.
