Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of Axis CCTV equipment (plus related access control devices) and an HP P22v G5 monitor to the State Security Agency. Suitable bidders are security systems integrators or CCTV/access-control suppliers with Axis partner status capable of providing Axis data sheets for all items and a full HP P22v G5 specification (see RFQ10023799.doc). Additional mandatory conditions apply.

Requirements

• Mandatory compliance: Letter of Recognition as Axis Gold Partner; Axis data sheets for all items; full HP P22v G5 21.4" spec (RFQ10023799.doc).
• Bidding basics: submit on official forms; PPPFA/ GCC compliance; sign the written contract form (SBD7) if selected (RFQ10023799.doc).
• Tax and supplier registrations: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); if not, provide CSD number; separate TCS for JV/consortia; no bids from in-service state entities (RFQ10023799.doc).
• Documentation for evaluation: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure); SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form); proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim 80/20 points (RFQ10023799.doc).
• Additional compliance: proof of good standing with WCF (where applicable) and Health and Safety file (where applicable); ensure data-driven price with VAT included.
