Overview

Artscape seeks quotations for the supply and delivery of ceiling tiles. The scope covers 50 boxes bevel mecure 600x600, 80 boxes vinyl white 1200x600, and 50 boxes fine fissured 600x600, with delivery to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town. Deliveries are required within 2 weeks of PO.

Requirements

• BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
• SARS VAT number and SARS status PIN
• Completed SBD forms: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (If applicable), SBD8, SBD9
• Acceptance of Government GCC terms (GCC July 2010)
• CSD registration details and 36-digit CSD code
• Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price/preference points; BBEE-specific goals may yield up to 20 points
• Local Content declarations (SBD6.2) may be required and audited
