Overview

Supply and delivery of a Cellular Wireless Weather Station similar to WS6006, plus a soil moisture sensor, bird spike kit, rain gauge debris filter and waterproof enclosure box for the control unit at Mzimvubu Dam. Bidders should have experience with weather monitoring hardware, LTE/4G/GSM wireless communication, sensor integration, and outdoor instrumentation enclosures.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or proof of CSD registration; ensure tax status is verifiable.
• Registration: be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or supply a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) where applicable.
• Bid documents: submit on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1); sign the required contract form (SBD7) if successful.
• Pricing: rates must include all costs and taxes (as stated in the NB note).
• Preference points: capable of claiming points under the 80/20 system with specific goals (Women ownership, Disability ownership, Youth ownership, Local location, BBBEE level).
• Compliance disclosures: complete the disclosure forms and declarations, including reporting on any conflicts of interest or state employment connections.
