Overview

The County Assembly of Kiambu invites bids for the supply and delivery of ceremonial uniforms for year 2026 County Assemblies’ Sports Association Games. • Miscellaneous: pages serialized; tenders submitted only through IFMIS; late tenders rejected.

• Pre-bid: no pre-tender meeting (as per ITT 6.2 in the TDS) (see TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Obtain documents: from the County Assembly of Kiambu website or the tenders portal (see ADVERT).
• Submission: complete Tender via IFMIS Supplier Portal by 7 October 2026 11:00 am; submit the original tender and required copies as specified (IFMIS submission only) (see TDS).
• Required content: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required), eligibility/qualification evidence, and Schedule of Requirements/Evaluation Criteria (see TENDER DOCUMENT).
