Overview

Supply and delivery of chemicals for the chemistry department at Mangosuthu University of Technology. This RFQ covers laboratory reagents and solvents listed in the Pricing Schedule and uses a two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 (administrative/mandatory documents) and Stage 2 (price with BBBEE preference, 80/20).

Requirements

• RFQ documents completed and signed
• MUT vendor registration number or CIPC certificate
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
• Non-mandatory: CSD MAAA number and BBBEE certificate
• Offer validity: 90 days
• Prices must be firm and inclusive of taxes; delivery terms per schedule
• Fraud prevention and reporting channels included in the RFQ
