Supply and delivery of chemicals for cropping and Ilima Lokulima projects in the Amathole District. Suitable bidders are agrochemical suppliers/distributors able to provide glyphosate and a range of associated pesticides, adjuvants, and formulations, with delivery to multiple DOA offices in the Amathole area. Bidders must comply with CSD, VAT, tax clearance, submit product data sheets/photographs, and meet local preferences (EME/QSE ownership, location).

Requirements

• Tax and registration: VAT registered, Tax Compliance Status (PIN/CSD), and proof of registration; separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures.
• Documentation: complete all ECBD/SBD forms (e.g., SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), certificate of authority, equity ownership declaration, and supplier arrangements if general dealer.
