Supply and delivery of Cisco Routers and Switches for Mangosuthu University of Technology’s ICT Department. Suitable for IT hardware vendors with networking equipment experience, able to meet MUT’s two-stage evaluation (eligibility/mandatory documents, then price and BBBEE) and BBBEE 80/20. Key qualifications include SARS Tax Compliance Status, MUT vendor/CIPC registration, CSD/MAAA number, and BBBEE certificate. Requirements

• Two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 administrative/mandatory documents; Stage 2 price and BBBEE evaluation.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD/MAAA number; BBBEE certificate.
• Pricing: Firm prices in ZAR; include taxes; 90-day validity; separate pricing for multiple delivery points if applicable.
• Preferences: 80/20 BBBEE weighting; BBBEE status contributes up to 20 points.
• Other: No advance payments; no late/fax submissions; bid may be awarded in whole or part; no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
• Scope: Cisco equipment for ICT Department as per Pricing Schedule (RFQ document).
