Overview

Supply and delivery of cleaning and packaging materials for the Railway Training Institute and NCS Restaurant under a three-year framework agreement, reserved for persons with disabilities (PWD). The tender (KR/SCM/FRA/003/2025-2026) is Framework-based and open to qualified bidders but reserved for PWD. Requirements

• Compliance with public procurement laws, including non-corruption declarations and the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment.
• Eligibility and qualifications: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or declaration, and, if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization and JV agreement.
• Tax clearance or certificate of exemption (Kenyan tax obligations) as evidence of compliance.
• Conformity of goods to Schedule of Requirements; origin declarations; potential manufacturer authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods.
• JV rules: joint ventures must nominate a representative; all members liable; exemptions available via CAK if applicable.
