ADVERT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDING MATERIAL

Overview

Ingquza Hill Local Municipality invites bids for two procurement streams: branding material (IHLM/74/2026-27/MM’s) and cleaning material (IHLM/29/2026-27/ADMIN), with evaluation based on price and specific goals. The branding stream covers promotional materials such as banners, notebooks, name badges, business cards, gazebos and related items; the cleaning stream covers consumables like detergents, soaps, cleaners and paper products. Bidders should have capabilities in branding/promotional material production or cleaning chemical supply, and must meet regulatory registrations and local-content requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD proof of registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
• 100% Local Content where applicable and associated Annexures C, D & E
• Evidence of no overdue municipal accounts (30 days)
• Tax clearance compliance (TCC/MBD2) for RSA or foreign bidders as applicable
• Pricing schedules (MBD3.x) with firm prices inclusive of taxes
• Local production/content declarations (MBD6.2) for designated sectors
• Note: Bids will be evaluated on price and specific goals (local ownership by youth, women, people with disabilities, and black ownership); specifics: branding stream allocates points (e.g., youth 6, women 6, disability 2, black ownership 8); cleaning stream allocates different points (examples shown in the advert).

• Submission method: Electronic submission accepted; hard-copy submissions to be deposited in the Tender Box at 135 Main Street, Flagstaff, 4810 (Municipal reception) by the stipulated time.
• Documents to submit: Official bid response forms (MBD1-9), Tax Clearance (MBD2), Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1/3.3), Local Content declarations (MBD6.2), and any required annexures; ensure CSD and SARS TCS PIN are provided (and separate TCS for consortia/JV).
• Registrations: Tax clearance, CSD registration, and local-content compliance; evidence of no overdue municipal accounts.
