Overview

Supply and delivery of cleaning materials to Ugu District Municipality, including the cleaning chemicals and equipment listed in the scope. Open tender for suppliers who can source, stock and deliver the items to Park Rynie stores (delivery details in the RFQ). Bidders should be able to meet supplier pre-qualification requirements (CSD, CIPC, SARS Tax Compliance) and complete the mandated bid forms; evaluation uses PPPFA with 80/20 (price vs Specific Goals).

Requirements

• Registration/compliance: CIPC registration, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; SARS PIN/Tax status documentation; copies of director IDs; VAT status.
• Documentation: Official bid response forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9); proof of ownership for goal claims; proof of payments for municipal services; any disability proof if applicable.
• Evaluation/conditions: Preference points under PPPFA 2022 (80/20) with 20 points for Specific Goals; bids subject to GCC and any special conditions; not awarded to persons in the state service; no faxed/emailed submissions; quotation valid for 30 days.
• Delivery/particulars: Delivery to Park Rynie Stores; contact details for clarifications provided in the RFQ.

• Deadlines and submission: Closing date 02 October 2026; closing time 12:00; bids must be deposited in the official Bid Box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3, Oslo Beach (Port Shepstone) (Tender Document). Late or non-compliant submissions are disqualified. The bid must be on official forms; no re-typing.
• How to obtain documents: Tender documents may be downloaded from the Ugu District Municipality website from 25 September 2026 to closing (Tender Document) or collected from the SCM Office at 96 Marine Drive, Oslo Beach.
