SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CLEANING MATERIAL / DETERGENTS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRSTY-SIX (36 MONTHS)

Overview

Supply and delivery of cleaning materials/detergents for a 36-month period. This is a goods contract for the eThekwini Municipality (Durban) targeting suppliers of cleaning products (manufacturers, distributors or authorized agents). Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), and in a Joint Venture each party must be registered. Submissions require both a hard copy and an electronic copy via ESP/JDE, and attendance at a compulsory online clarification meeting. The procurement includes SANS/SABS product certification requirements, MSDS, and a price-and-preference based evaluation (90/10).
