Overview

The Sundays River Valley Municipality invites bidders to supply and deliver cleaning materials for the maintenance and sanitation of community halls. The scope includes janitorial goods such as cleaners, mops, cloths, paper products and related supplies (e.g., Pine Gel Cleaner, mop buckets, floor polish, window cleaners, toilet paper). Bidders should be able to provide these goods in the quantities defined and meet tax, registration and procurement requirements (e.g., Tax/PIN, CSD, BBBEE) and adhere to the 80/20 evaluation framework. Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; or CSD registration.
• BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration proof; company registration documents; municipal rates or lease agreement.
• Original IDs of entity directors; complete MBD forms 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8, 9.
• Price quotes inclusive of VAT and delivery commitment; prices valid for at least 90 days.
• Full disclosure on past SCM practices; declaration of interest; independent bid determination.
• Compulsory technical/SCM enquiries contactable; delivery to Kirkwood, 6120.
