Overview

This tender is for the supply and delivery of cleaning materials to Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO11/2026/2027). The bid is reserved for women, and tenderers may bid for one or more lots.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with anti-corruption and Fair Competition rules; no public officers or debarred entities may bid; no conflicts of interest; joint ventures allowed with shared liability.
• Documentation and qualifications: submit Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or security declaration, manufacturer’s authorization if applicable, JV agreement if relevant, and evidence of eligibility and qualifications (Tax clearance, eligibility declarations, conformity to technical specs).
• Goods and origin: provide country of origin declarations; goods and related services must meet the Schedule of Requirements and any Kenyan origin rules; some items may have Kenya-origin sourcing requirements.
• Business verifications: provide evidence of capacity to perform (spare parts, maintenance, sources, etc.); adhere to fixed pricing unless TDS allows adjustments; tax and import duties considerations described in the pricing rules.
• Compliance: all documentation must be in English (translations allowed with English passages); comply with all sections of the tender document, including Schedule of Requirements and GCC/SCC as applicable.

How to Apply

• Deadline and attendance: submit by 21/07/2026 (time indicated in the tender documents; see (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CLEANING MATERIALS)). Late tenders are rejected.
• Submission method: physical, sealed tenders delivered to Tambach Teachers College tender box; do not submit electronically (Electronic Tenders not permitted) (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CLEANING MATERIALS).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, Joint Venture documents if any, Manufacturer’s Authorization if required, evidence of eligibility/qualifications, and conformity to technical specs; include a power of attorney/authorization for signatories.
• Pre-qualification and registrations: provide tax clearance; other registrations as required by the TDS (e.g., agent representation if not operating in Kenya); JV documentation if applicable.
• How to obtain documents: tender documents may be purchased for KSHS 1000 or downloaded for free from www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke; documents obtained electronically should be followed up with Tambach TTC for clarifications (see INVITATION).
• Briefings or clarifications: questions may be submitted in writing by the deadline set in the TDS; pre-tender conference details, if any, will be in the TDS (Clarifications and pre-bid procedures are in the tender document).
