Overview

Supply and delivery of Computers and Monitors for Vuselela TVET College's Virtual Reality Centre at Klerksdorp Campus (21 desktops and 21 monitors). The RFQ targets IT hardware suppliers with capability to provide new equipment, warranties, and delivery to the Klerksdorp site. Requirements

• Hardware qualifications: new equipment with manufacturer warranties; proof from manufacturer/distributor; minimum three reference letters with POs; evidence of prior deliveries of at least 10 computers and matching monitors.
• Delivery/lead times: clear delivery period and ETA; delivery to Klerksdorp Campus; delivery date commitments.
• Preference points: apply 80/20 system with specific goals (HDI, Locality, 51% Black-owned, Woman, 40% Youth-owned); must supply documentary proof for claims.
• Evaluation threshold: minimum 50 points to proceed to price/preference evaluation.
