Overview

Supply and delivery of computers, printers, laptops and ICT learning materials for Moi Teachers College-Baringo. Open national tender; bidders may bid for one lot and should be qualified hardware suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized distributors/agents in Kenya. (COMPUTERS AND ACCESSORIES)

Requirements

• Eligibility: private entities or JVs; no public officers; no conflicts of interest; must sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; JV members jointly liable.
• Compliance: anti-corruption, non-collusive practices, and tax clearance obligations; PPRA debarment check.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security, Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable), JV Agreement (or letter of intent), evidence of qualifications and eligibility, and conformity of goods to specifications.
• Goods: origin and conformity to Schedule of Requirements; Kenya-origin declarations where required; local Kenyan sourcing rules for certain items; substitutions restricted.
