Supply and delivery of concrete culverts (375mm, 450mm and 900mm) to Matatiele Local Municipality. Bidders should be suppliers of precast concrete products with valid CSD registration and must complete the mandatory MBD forms and supporting documents. Evaluation is 80 points for price and 20 points for PPPFA/HDI-based preference (ownership, youth, women, disability, rural). Closing date is 30/10/2026 at 10:00. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope to the Mountain View BTO Offices (R56) and opened publicly.
