Overview

Supply and delivery of cleaning consumables to Johannesburg Water, including facial/body soap 125g, general-purpose soap gel 25L, and dishwashing liquid 750ml (see 6000080593 Consumables.pdf). Bidders should be experienced suppliers of cleaning goods, preferably SMMEs that are 51% or more black-owned, with BBBEE compliance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/specification; attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable); attachment of datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification, and functionality requirements.
• No quotes from persons in the state service; no bidder blacklisted for non-performance.
• Quotes must be on PDF, on company letterhead; samples may be required; validity 60 days.
• Submit a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete and sign all attached MBD forms; provide lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears beyond 90 days.
• Provide proof of CSD registration/supplier number.
• Complete MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference points), MBD 8 (Past SCM practices), and MBD 9 (Independent bid determination).
• Provide tax clearance and municipal rates/taxes documentation; ensure no conflicts of interest; disclose any state affiliation or prior disqualifications.
• POPIA data-consent forms included; data handling to be compliant.

• Submission method: online via the E-tender Portal; log in with CSD credentials; upload PDFs on company letterhead; attach compulsory documents.
• Documents to complete/submit (refer to attached docs): Original Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate/affidavit; municipal rates; signed MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9); proof of CSD registration; company registration documents; MBD declarations; POPIA consents.
