Overview

This tender procures the supply and delivery of consumables, PPE and materials (once-off) to Lethabo Power Station. It targets PPE, safety consumables and related materials from manufacturers or distributors, with Eskom as the purchaser. Bidders should have strong OHS compliance, a quality management system, and the ability to deliver on a one-off/short-term basis (3 months as noted in the OHS spec) via Eskom’s eTendering process.

Requirements

• Compliance with Eskom OHS Specification for high-risk activities (LFMS048), including BRA, OHS policy, COIDA letter, and competent personnel.
• Implementation of a QMS aligned to ISO 9001; provide a Quality Plan and Contract/Project Quality plans, plus readiness for Eskom quality audits (Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000).
• Completion and submission of all tender returnables and forms: Annexures A–J, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, plus Local Content declarations if applicable.
• Pricing: submit a Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF and Excel formats as part of the tender.
• Compliance with integrity and procurement controls: Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact and related governance forms.
• Tax/paye due diligence: PAYE questionnaire as part of the supplier evaluation pack.
• Delivery scope: supply and delivery of consumables, PPE and materials to Lethabo on a 3-month “as-needed” basis, per the project scope and contract data.
