Overview

Supply and delivery of conventional and pre-paid meters for a 3-year period to Swellendam Municipality. Bidders should be experienced suppliers of electrical metering equipment capable of supplying both conventional and prepaid meters, with the ability to provide at least one reference for a similar contract, and comply with SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN and the municipality’s preferential procurement and SCM policies.

Requirements

• Submit on prescribed tender documents; include a non-refundable deposit of R759.20 (VAT incl.) for documents
• Hold SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
• Comply with Swellendam Municipality’s preferential procurement policy and SCM policy (80/20 evaluation)
• Quote on all items in a Category; provide at least 1 reference for a similar contract (schedule of work experience)
• Submit in a sealed envelope to the Municipal Tender Box; late tenders not considered; Tender box address: SCM Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam
