Overview

Supply and delivery of conveyor belt drives at Matimba Power Station for a period of five (5) years on an as and when required basis. This tender targets suppliers of conveyor belt drives and related power transmission equipment, capable of delivering under Eskom’s NEC3 SC3 framework, with a qualifying QMS (ISO 9001) or equivalent, CIDB registration, and ability to provide full documentation (SBDs, local-content declarations, price schedules) and adhere to Eskom e-tendering processes. Requirements

• ISO 9001 QMS certification or objective evidence of compliant QMS (Form A Cat 2)
• CIDB registration/adequate grading for engineering works and equipment supply
• Compliance with Eskom Tender Conditions, Supplier Integrity Pact, and completion of returnable schedules including SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, Annexures A–J
• Pricing schedule in PDF and Excel formats; Local Content declarations (Annexures C–E; G1–G4)
• Quality planning: QCP/ITP requirements and related QA documentation (Scope of Work and NEC data)
• Clarification/attendance: non-compulsory clarification meeting 08 Sep 2026 (Teams); bid submission via Eskom e-tendering
