Supply and delivery of copper conductors used for earthing in substations for the Gauteng Cluster on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 3 years. Bidder should be a supplier of electrical conductors/copper products capable of servicing Eskom substations and complying with Eskom’s e-tendering process, local-content commitments and SHEQ requirements; CIDB/CSD prerequisites apply per the Tender Data.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Compliance with Eskom procurement rules including SHEQ; local content declarations (CPA) where applicable; and related mandatory returnables.
• Mandatory tender returnables: Annexures A–J and SBD forms.
• CIDB: not applicable for this supply contract (per Tender Data).
• Environmental and safety requirements (EMS/ISO 14001:2015, etc.) and related supplier capabilities.
• Site visit/clarification meeting: non-compulsory, 30 Oct 2026 (via MS Teams).
• Prices inclusive of VAT; tender validity 180 days; payment terms per Eskom (30–60 days).
• Subcontracting: not allowed to subcontract 100% of the scope.
• Electronic submission only; pricing in PDF and Excel; document size limits apply.
