Overview

Procurement: Supply and delivery of crushed 19mm stone for NCORA irrigation scheme canal rehabilitation in the Eastern Cape for DWS Construction South. Bidders should be civil/aggregate suppliers capable of delivering stone to the NCORA site, with strong tax/compliance and registration credentials (SARS, CSD, CIPC) and the ability to provide required B-BBEE verification and contract documentation.

Requirements

• Complete bid on official forms (SBD1) and submit SBD4 and SBD6.1; pricing schedule included.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance; CSD registration required; where applicable, separate TCS for JV/sub-contractors.
• Proof of authorisation to sign bid (board resolution or equivalent).
• Active CSD number; CIPC registration; B-BBEE status certificate or approved affidavit.
• Samples may be requested for Crushed 19mm Stone; failure to supply within 5 days can render bid non-responsive.
• Administrative and technical compliance as per the four-phase evaluation (Mandatory, Administrative, Technical, Preference).
• Specific goals for preference: Women, People with disabilities, Youth (5 points each), Location in Eastern Cape (2 points), B-BBEE level 1–2 (3 points).
• Compliance with NT GCC and any Special Conditions of Contract.
