Overview

Supply and delivery of dairy products to Sigor Sub County Hospital under a framework arrangement for FY 2026–2028; open to eligible dairy suppliers. This is an Open Tender by the County Government of Bomet (Sigor Sub County Hospital). Requirements

• Eligibility and joint venture rules: max 3 JV members; no conflicts of interest; single tender or JV limited as per ITT 4 (see Tender document - Supply and delivery of dairy products).
• Foreign bidders: must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers; provide evidence (if applicable).
• Local tax compliance: Kenyan tenderers must show valid tax compliance certificate or exemption (as applicable).
• Compliance with technical/supply specs: must conform to Section VII Procuring Entity's Requirements; evidence of conformity required.
• Tender validity: 735 days from submission (as per TDS) and other standard conditions; no tender security if not required (per ITT 19.1).

How to Apply

• Deadline: 12:00 noon, 18 August 2026; late tenders will be rejected (see Tender document - Supply and delivery of dairy products).
• Submission: sealed tender in a single envelope, deposited in the Tender Box at Sigor Sub County Hospital procurement office (address in Sigor) (Tender document).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, documentary evidence of eligibility and qualifications, JV agreement if applicable, authorization/power of attorney, and any other forms required (Section IV/ITT 13).
• Clarifications: inquiries must be directed to the Medical Superintendent; responses issued in writing (7 days before closing per TDS).
