Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and SARS status; or print TCS/CSD documentation where applicable.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report not older than 30 days; summary reports not acceptable.
• Certified company registration documents; IDs for active directors; if applicable, JV/Consortium agreements.
• B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); consolidated B-BBEE certificate for JVs/consortiums as required.
• Municipal rates and taxes statements for the business and all active directors (or proof of tribal residence/lease arrangements with lessor’s latest rates).
• If applicable, proof of public liability insurance; COIDA certificates where required.
• Completion of MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1) and any JV/consortium-specific documents.
