Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; original SARS Tax Clearance where required.
• Pre-qualification documents: submission of official bid forms (SBD 7, plus other SBDs as applicable) and proof of authorisation to sign.
• B-BBEE: provide a B-BBEE status level of contributor or sworn affidavit/certificate; claims must be substantiated.
• Registration/records: ensure CSD/VAT status as applicable; if part of a consortium/JV, each party must submit separate TCS or CSD details.
• Compliance with bid conditions: adherence to GCC, SCC, and any Special Conditions; mandatory disclosures on conflicts of interest.
