Overview

Supply and delivery of detergents and cleaning materials to Moi Teachers College-Baringo. Open national tender; suitable for suppliers of detergents and cleaning products with capability to deliver to Kabarnet and to meet Kenyan public-procurement requirements (non-electronic submission, etc.).

Requirements

• Comply with anti-corruption and competition rules; sign declarations (no fraud/corruption; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Eligible tenderers: private entities, individuals, state-owned bodies; joint ventures must nominate a representative and are jointly liable.
• No conflict of interest; strict prohibition of collusive or fraudulent practices.
• Tender submissions: not more than one Tender per firm (JV rules apply); JV members may have specific limits per the TDS.
• Eligibility of goods: origin and conformity declarations; some items must be sourced from Kenya per Section 4.4.
• Debarment: not debarred by PPRA; provide evidence as required.
• Tax compliance: provide current Kenyan tax clearance.
• Manufacturer authorization: if a non-manufacturer supplies the goods, evidence of authorization may be required.
• Tender documents: include Form of Tender, price schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV documents if applicable; pages must be serialized and signed.

• Submit: physical delivery to Moi Teachers College-Baringo, P.O. Box 348-30400, Kabarnet; drop in the tender box outside administration; do not submit electronically (DETERGENTS AND CLEANING MATERIALS).
• Submission deadline: 10 July 2026 at 11:00 am (Hard-copy submission; confirm exact time in the attached document).
• Documents to submit (Section IV forms): Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV agreement or letter of intent; Manufacturer Authorization if required; Tax clearance; Eligibility and Conformity evidence.
• Tender opening: publicly after the deadline in the college staffroom; bring designated representatives.
