Overview

Supply and delivery of diagnostic agents and contrast media to the Department of Health for the period 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. Open tender for pharmaceutical/medical supply items (diagnostic imaging agents and contrast media) targeted at suppliers with medicines/medical device licensing, GMP compliance and access to MCC/MRC approvals. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (MAAA) or provide a SARS Tax Compliance PIN, and meet GMP, GMP-related and MCC/MRC/licensing requirements as applicable. Requirements

• Registration and compliance: CSD/MAAA registration or SARS PIN; Tax Compliance; meet GMP and MCC/MRC/licensing requirements.
• Product/licensing: GMP compliance; licenses to manufacture/import medicines or related products as applicable.
• Bidding entities: JV/consortia allowed with disclosures; multi-entity bids require official arrangements (PBD9.x).
• Documentation: complete SBD1, SBD4, PBD3, PBD4.1, PBD5 (GMP), PBD11 (financial solvency), CSD/MCCC/MRC licenses, BBBEE/EME/QSE as applicable. (Annexure A; SBD forms; GMP declarations)
