Supply and delivery of distance piece

Supply and delivery of distance pieces (steel medium‑duty pipe fittings) for Johannesburg Water; bidders with steel fabrication/engineering capabilities, able to supply manufacturer datasheets and brand names, should consider bidding. The items include various distance pieces and bends meeting JW specifications, with an electronic RFQ process and a compulsory briefing address noted in the tender materials.

Requirements

• Quotation must be on company letterhead and include taxes; datasheets/manufacturer datasheets and brand names for all items are required (failure to provide may lead to disqualification).
• Provide original valid Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, valid municipal rates statement, and CSD supplier registration.
• Complete mandatory forms: MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination), and MBD 6.1 (Preference Points).
• Attach company registration documents with director IDs; disclose any state service relationships as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Johannesburg Water’s supply chain policy and that bids are submitted in PDF on company letterhead, inclusive of all taxes.
• Provide proof of lease or municipal account not older than 3 months where required.
