SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRAIN AND PIPE CLEANING TOOLS FOR THE BERGRIVIER MUNICIPAL STORES FROM DATE OF APPOINTMENT UNTIL 30 JUNE 2027

Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of drain and pipe cleaning tools for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from date of appointment until 30 June 2027. Bidders should be experienced suppliers of municipal tools/equipment with capacity to meet SCM policies, BBBEE requirements, and formal supplier registration to work with the Tshwane? (Bergrivier) Local Municipality; familiarity with Central Supplier Database and Tax Compliance is required.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database: be registered and submit Tax Compliance Status Pin and CSD number (MAAA…).
• BBBEE: submit an originally certified BBBEE certificate or BBBEE sworn affidavit; 80/10/10 preference points (80 price, 10 specific goals, 10 BBBEE).
• Tax and OHSA: valid Tax Compliance Status Pin; valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner.
• Forms: complete and submit MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10, Authority to Sign, Form of Indemnity, Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer, and Declaration by Tenderer.
• Documentation: bids must be in black ink on original bid documents; late/incomplete/faxed submissions not accepted.
• CIDB: No specific level or category required.
• Price and validity: bid price must be VAT inclusive; bid valid for 120 days; price competitiveness at the Council’s discretion.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 03 November 2026 at 12:00; bids in sealed envelopes placed in the tender box at the Bergrivier Municipal Offices, 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg; bids opened publicly. Late bids or mis-boxed bids will be disqualified. (see T 8/3/60-2026 MN221-2026.pdf)
• Submission method: sealed bids in the official bid documentation; no post, fax, or email submissions.
• Documents to submit: complete set of bid documents including MBD forms, pricing schedules, and declarations; ensure SDB/CSD/TCS numbers and BBBEE documents are attached.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CAPTCHA—register on CSD; provide TCS Pin and CSD number; OHSA/Good Standing; BBBEE documentation.
