Overview

Supply and delivery of dressings and non-pharmaceuticals on a two-year framework agreement. The Machakos County Government invites open national bids for a two-year framework contract to supply health wearables and related non-pharmaceutical items, with the framework open to all qualified suppliers, including SMEs.

Requirements

• Open National Tender under framework agreements; open to all qualified tenderers.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; include anti-corruption declaration and an Independent Tender Determination certificate; avoid collusive practices.
• No conflicts of interest; proper JV arrangements if a joint venture is formed; joint and several liability for JV members.
• Eligibility and registrations: must meet general eligibility criteria; tax clearance; avoid debarment (PPRA list) and public officer prohibitions.
• Documentation and conformity: provide Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security if required, manufacturer authorizations if applicable, and evidence of conformity to technical specifications.
