Supply and Delivery of Dry Food and Essential Goods for Vulnerable Persons within Machakos County. The Government of Machakos County invites open tenders for supplying and delivering dry foods and related essentials to vulnerable persons. Open to qualified tenderers, including SMEs registered appropriately for procurement of goods and related services. Documents are downloadable free from the county website and tenders portal. Tender security of 73,000 Ksh is required, and tender validity is 120 days. Standstill period after award is 14 days. Requirements

• Tender Security: Ksh 73,000 (cash, bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, letter of credit, or eligible funds).
• Eligibility and compliance: must meet PPRA rules, not be debarred; provide tax clearance; Joint Venture eligibility if applicable; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; Manufacturer's Authorization if required; after-sales/representation in Kenya if required.
• Documentation: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security; Joint Venture Agreement (if JV); Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable); evidence of eligibility and conformity to specifications; confirmation authority to sign.
• Other: Tender must be in English, prices in Kenyan Shillings, and tender validity 120 days; adherence to Schedule of Requirements and applicable environmental/quality standards.
