Overview

Supply and delivery of dry foods to Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital (Kenya) under a national open tender reserved for Youths, Women and Persons Living with Disability. The invitation is a National Open Tender open to qualified bidders, for a supply contract of hospital-dry-foods with delivery as per schedule. Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; sign a declaration not to engage in corruption and not to be debarred.
• Eligibility and qualifications: no conflicting relationships; JV rules apply (maximum members as specified in the TDS); representative authorized to act for the JV.
• Evidence of eligibility and conformity: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer's Authorization (if required), tax clearance, and evidence of goods’ origin and conformity.
• Debarment check with PPRA; tax obligations evidenced by tax clearance (KRA).
• Local sourcing: certain goods must be sourced from Kenya; no substitutions from foreign sources for listed items.
• Delivery schedule adherence and environmental/safety considerations per Schedule of Requirements (Section VII).
• Tender security, ITT 18 requirements, and proper signing/authorization of tender documents.
