SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ECDE FURNITURE

Overview

Supply and delivery of ECDE furniture for Kwale County ECDE centers. Open national tender; eligible bidders include SMEs registered with Youth Enterprises and Women Enterprises categories; public officers and relatives are ineligible. Electronic submission is accepted.

Requirements

• Open national tender; only SMEs registered with Youth Enterprises or Women Enterprises may bid.
• Must comply with anti-corruption, declare independence, and meet eligibility (debarment checks, tax compliance, etc.).
• Submit standard tender documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security, and, if applicable, Joint Venture Agreement or Manufacturer Authorisation.
• Tender pages must be serialized and all documents submitted in the prescribed sequence; provide evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods.
• If required, provide tax clearance and any other documentary evidence as per ITT requirements.

• Deadline: 2 November 2026 at 08:00 (TENDER METADATA); note: the tender document also states 2 November 2026 at 10:00 (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Submission method: Electronic submission via the National Treasury Supplier Portal.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable), Joint Venture Agreement (if JV), Eligibility and Conformity evidence, and serialization of all pages (TDS guidance).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: SMEs must be registered as Youth Enterprises or Women Enterprises; tax clearance as required; debarment checks.
