SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL CABLES FOR THE BRITS ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP REPORTING UNDER THE HARTBEESPOORT AREA OFFICE WITHIN NORTHERN OPERATIONS

Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical cables for the Brits Electrical Workshop under the Hartbeespoort Area Office within Northern Operations. Bidders should be electrical cable suppliers or contractors with experience in flame-retardant armoured cables (PVC/SWA/PVC) and the ability to meet technical specs, delivery terms and SA public-sector bidding rules, including PPPFA.

Requirements

• Tax compliant with SARS; valid Tax Clearance or TCS; CSD registration with an active CSD number; active CIPC registration where applicable.
• Fully completed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4, SBD6.1; returnable schedules A and B; supporting documents (CK certificate, certified IDs, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, company/profile, authority to sign, CVs, general conditions, CSD reports, checklist).
• Attendance at bid briefing (certificate of attendance) if applicable; note that the briefing session is marked as not conducted in the doc.
• Compliance with the technical specification for the listed cables and components; bid to include a firm price schedule and delivery timelines.
• Returnable documents for bid evaluation and proof of qualifications (CK, Tax clearance, CSD, CIPC, B-BBEE, etc.).
