SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL GENERAL CONSUMABLES SPARES AT KUSILE POWER STATION ON AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS

Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical general consumables spares at Kusile Power Station on an as and when required basis for five years. This open tender targets electrical SPARES suppliers and distributors capable of meeting Eskom’s procurement policies, NEC3 contract terms, and Eskom’s quality and safety requirements. Bidders should have the ability to provide electrical consumables, associated equipment and a compliant supply chain under a multi-year framework.

Requirements

• Eligibility to bid per Tender Data and Eskom procurement policies; compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and related documentation.
• Submit via Eskom E-tendering platform with all returnables: Form of Offer and Acceptance, Pricing Data (C2 SC3), Scope of Work, and Annexures A–J including SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, Local Content declarations, and related CPA/BBEE documentation.
• Adhere to quality and SHE requirements (Eskom Supplier Quality Management ISO 9001 framework and Annexure B SHE compliance).
• Comply with local content and procurement rules (SBD 6.2 Local Content; Annexures for Local Content and CPAs).
• Observance of safety, health and environment terms as per the SHE-related Tender Documents and NEC3 SC3 data.
