Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of electrical materials to Moi Teachers College-Baringo. This is an Open National Tender for one lot of electrical items; tenders must be submitted in hard copy, with non-refundable tender documents fee (Kenya Shillings 1,000) and in the prescribed sealed format.

Requirements

• Source and conformity rules: Items listed in Schedule of Requirements must meet Kenyan origin/ sourcing rules where specified; some items must be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions from foreign sources; ensure environmental/ safety compliance where applicable.
• Tender process rules: English language documents; prices in Kenya Shillings; fixed prices unless TDS allows adjustments; no electronic submission; public tender opening; standstill period after award.

• Deadline: Closing date 10 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (see ELECTRICAL ITEMS document for specifics).
• Submission: Hard-copy only; place tender in the box outside the college administration at Moi Teachers College-Baringo, P.O. Box 348-30400, Kabarnet.
• Documents to submit (original + copies as required): Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; joint venture documents if applicable; Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable); tax clearance; country of origin and conformity evidence; any other documents listed in the tender data.
