Overview

Requirements

• Tender documents available from 09 Oct 2026 in English; pick up at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, or via Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekej@cederberg.gov.za) upon payment of a tender participation fee (document: CED 21/2026-2027 ADVERT.docx).
• Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140 (VAT inclusive) to Standard Bank, Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324; reference: CED 21/2026-2027 – Company Name; proof of payment required to collect documents.
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes endorsed with “TENDER NO. CED 21/2026-2027: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL MATERIAL TO CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY.”
• Submissions must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Cederberg Municipality, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on 09 November 2026.
• Fully completed tender documents must be those issued by Cederberg Municipality.

• The Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it; not bound to the lowest/highest tender.

• Pay the non-refundable deposit of R1140 to Standard Bank and obtain proof of payment.
• Complete the tender documents using the issued bid documents.
• Submit in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on 09 November 2026.
