SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL PVC AND FITTINGS AT JERICHO DAM

Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical PVC and fittings at Jericho Dam. Bidders should be electrical components suppliers/distributors capable of delivering SABS-approved PVC items (pipes, fittings, glands, shrouds, etc.) to a water-infrastructure site, and meeting South Africa’s procurement rules (local content, B-BBEE, tax compliance).

Requirements

• All items must be SABS approved.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN or CSD number); where applicable, attach SARS PIN proof and CSD number (or TCS/CSD per JV rules).
• Complete and submit official forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and SBD 3.1 pricing; include resolution/authority to sign (or JV agreement) and proof of authorization; active CIPC/CIPRO registration.
• Local Content Annexure C completed (100%).
• B-BBEE: provide valid B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit (consolidated for JVs/EMEs/QSEs).
• Deliverables must be within the contract framework and pricing must be firm; provide pricing schedule with all costs (VAT included).
