Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical smart meters for electrification of low-cost and destitute houses. Bidders should be service providers with electrical metering or municipal electrification experience, capable of supplying meters and complying with SCM and preferential procurement requirements (HDI and locality goals).

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status.
• Bidders must submit a Certificate of Good Standing from their local municipality.
• All tender forms, data sheets, and supplementary information must be completed and submitted; non-compliance renders the bid non-responsive.
