Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical suppliers to Ugu District Municipality. This opportunity targets electrical suppliers capable of providing listed electrical components and related goods (delivery to Marburg stores) and requires pre-qualification on registrations (CIPC, SARS TCS PIN or CSD) plus submission of all required MBD forms and supporting documents (IDs, tax status, CSD, and company information).

Requirements

• CIPC registration (or proof of CSD) and/or CSD number; - Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CSD registration; - Submit official MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) with supporting documents (and consortia must provide separate TCS/CSD per party); - Certified IDs of directors/owners; - Proof of CSD registration and current tax status; - Proof of municipal service payments and, where applicable, disability documentation; - To claim specific goals, attach certified certificates/affidavits confirming EME/QSE ownership and other goals (e.g., SAPS affidavits, POR where relevant); - Bidder must comply with GCC and PPPFA requirements; - No bids from persons in the service of the state.
