SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENERGY SAVING JIKOS

Overview

Supply, delivery and installation of energy-saving JIKOS for ECDE centers. The Kwale County Government invites bids to supply stainless steel 100 L boilers with a heavy-duty chimney for energy-efficient cooking, open national tender; open to qualified bidders including SMEs and Women Enterprises; bidders with experience in energy-efficient cooking solutions for ECDE facilities are preferred.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti‑corruption declarations and Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Not debarred by PPRA; no collusion; no conflicts of interest.
• Eligibility and qualifications: bid as a single firm or JV; JV liability; representative authorized to act; avoid public-officer conflicts.
• Tax clearance: current tax clearance certificate or exemption as required.
• Goods eligibility and conformity: origin declarations; conformity to Schedule of Requirements; Manufacturer's Authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods; spare-parts and sources listed.
• Tender security or tender‑securing declaration; validity aligned with tender validity.
