Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of equipment and accessories for the Operations Eastern, including brush cutters, chainsaws, pole saws, diesel pumps/engines, generators and related spares; suitable for suppliers of outdoor power tools, pumps and light industrial equipment. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD number.
• SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN) or Tax clearance; provide proof.
• Active CIPC registration; provide certificate.
• B-BBEE Status Level Verification or sworn affidavit.
• Signatory authority: company resolution or authorized letter.
• SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1 and related annexures; returnable schedules including BOQ.
• COIDA Good Standing or equivalent.
• Complete Annex C/D/E Local Content declarations if applicable.
• Documenting project team (Project Manager/Site Agent) with CV and organogram.
